A large (nearly 9 feet) and attractive pair of pitch pine country house benches, dating to the mid 19th century, of quality pegged construction with double stretchers, scroll arms and raked seat and backs, making them comfortable.
The top rails on both benches stamped ‘10’ at the end.
Condition:
In good dry condition and a lovely pale colour. Structurally very sound and just the odd corner and edge loss from years of use. Ready to go.
