A Victorian Stained Glass And Brass Hall Lantern - c.1870
A charming Victorian verdigris patinated brass hall lantern, with the original leaded stained glass panels and hand painted stylised floral decoration.
This lantern was originally lit by gas, and we have wired it for electricity utilising the original gas pipe to hide the flex.
There is a a door on one side which opens to allow access inside.
English, c.1870.
Condition:
A few imperfections in line with age, including a few hairline cracks to edge panels of glass, but no real issues. Wired up with a brand new brass bulb holder and brown fabric flex, ready to go.
Dimensions:
90.5 cm high x 20.5 cm square.
